The Brandenburg Gate was completed in 1791 and is situated on Pariser Platz at the western end of Mitte. The architect was Carl Gotthard Langhans.

The most recognisable landmark in Berlin which I photographed at dawn one early morning in September 2016, to avoid the crowds.
