The Houses of Parliament were designed by architects Charles Barry and Augustus Pugin in the 19th century. However, the site of the current palace has been used for the last millennium.

I had waited several years to re-take this photograph, since the Palace had undergone a lot of refurbishment and was in scaffolding. This image is from 2023.
