The Elgin Bridge opened in 1929 and spans the Singapore River. The light display is on the Marina Bay Sands hotel.

I believe there was a light show from the hotel every evening. I was in that location initially to photograph Clarke Quay for sunset but fortunately the light show started in the opposite direction which caught my eye.
